Unlike the original film, JE has nothing much to offer except the cinematography and the music. The film is a visual treat and every frame has been carefully shot. So that it leaves a lasting impression on the viewers’ mind. Unfortunately, cinematography and music alone cannot save the film.Jodi Ekdin Movie Download.
Bhalobasha paoyar theke beshi anondo diye — JE revolves around this mantra of love. The story is about a young couple Neil Basu (Indraneil) and Nikita Choudhury (Priyanka), who are in a live-in relationship. The couple meet through a social networking site and fall head-over-heels for each other (some original twist). Nikita leaves her flourishing singing career in Mumbai and comes to Kolkata to live with Neil. A corporate guy, Neil works hard to climb the ladder of success. In the process, he neglects Nikita until one day (read Jodi Ekdin) something strange happens to change their lives forever.
The story which has a twist in the end is hardly a surprise to anyone as most of the viewers have already seen If Only or its Hindi remake — Ru-Ba-Ru starring Randeep Hooda and Shahana Goswami. But before you think there’s no originality in the film, here’s something to cheer for. The part where the couple goes to Paharpur and Nikita meets Neil’s dad seems kind of original.
As for the cast, Indraneil pulls off his part really well and looks convincingly corporate. But, Priyanka seriously needs to work hard on her acting skills and her spoken English. Her faulty pronunciation further add to the agony. Shaheb, in his minuscule role of a rider /magician, could have been more convincing.
The music of JE is refreshingly nice. And by music, we certainly are not pointing out at the background score (which sounds too loud at times). Songs composed by Joy Sarkar serve as a real treat.
