StoryLine:

In 17th Century Japan, the Lin Kuei clan, led by Bi-Han attack the village of Hanzo Hasashi and members of the rival Shirai Ryu clan, killing Hanzo’s wife and son as well, though their infant daughter is safely hidden. Hanzo himself, while successful in killing all attackers, is murdered by Bi-Han with his own kunai. In the present day, the realm of Outworld is at the brink of victory against Earthrealm, having won nine out of ten deathmatch tournaments known as “Mortal Kombat” that would allow the winning realm to invade, conquer and even merge the defeated realm. However, an ancient prophecy is also uncovered, stating that the ‘blood of Hanzo Hasashi’ would unite a new generation of Earthrealm’s champions that’d prevent Outworld’s victory. Aware of the prophecy, soul-eating sorcerer Shang Tsung employs his champions, including Bi-Han, now known as Sub-Zero, to hunt and kill all champions bearing a dragon mark before the next tournament even begins.Mortal Kombat 2021 Movie Download.

Amongst the targets is Cole Young, a former MMA champion whom regularly experiences hellish visions of Hanzo, calling out for his release. When Cole and his family are attacked by Sub-Zero, Special Forces’ major Jackson “Jax” Briggs rescues them, explaining the meaning of the dragon mark. Jax directs Cole to drive him and his family to safety and then to seek out Jax’ partner, Sonya Blade, while staying behind to fight off Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero easily overpowers Jax, freezes and shatters his arms, leaving him for dead.

Cole tracks Sonya to her hideout, where she informs Cole they’d been investigating the existence of Mortal Kombat since their whole platoon was massacred during a manhunt operation in Brazil, by a person matching the abilities of Sub-Zero.
