Mou (Monami Ghosh) is a lonely housewife who invites men over to her house when she is bored. On one such fateful night, she accidentally kills one of her lovers. He also happens to have just won a lottery of Rs 1.5 crore. Can Mou clear her name off the death probe and keep the lottery ticket for her?Mouchaak Season 1 Download
Mouchaak (Honeytrap) explores the same. What’s hot:Monami Ghosh in the character of a fierce Mou is a storm you cannot ignore. She knows exactly what she wants from life (even though you may not agree with her views). The show is also entertaining to an extent but not so much that you would want to spend nearly four hours of your life on it.The concept is not something many people would want to invest their time in. A woman (Mou) seduces men and they drool over her. She uses them for her own benefit and does not think twice before using her sexuality. We don’t exactly blame her since the show is filled with male chauvinism but glorifying either of the behaviour just isn’t appealing. The greed that comes with the lottery ticket isn’t funny or heart-warming. Most of the comic scenes (at the expense of a character’s misery) aren’t even borderline funny. The series drags on. It works in a loop. While you might invest your time initially, you can always see where the show is going and there is really nothing that could surprise you or keep you gripped.Mouchaak tries to be like Dhamaal but ends up being Players. The concept isn’t new, interesting or worth investing your time in.The supporting actors do not offer much refreshment to the show. In fact, even when they are given an opportunity to shine, the scene is so dull that they cannot showcase their acting potential to the fullest even when they try to.
